Looking for options

An executive is increasingly frustrated with the monotone nature of his work.

The community sweeper is not happy with the wages and taunts of the people.

A commercial pilot is concerned about his job, timings, lack of rest and ofcourse the sensitive nature of work.

If you find yourself being troubled by these problems daily, you are not doing justice to yourself or your organization. Start searching for options and make sure you make genuine efforts to find one that makes you happy or gives you a chance for growth.

I left my job since I could never see myself doing the work that I never loved. I took a risky step that has still not paid off, but I hope it does. Jobs and businesses need your love to blossom, else it is a waste of time.

My Tip: If you don’t love what you do, look for options.
